Stress in the Workplace
1 in 5 Experience Stress Daily
Stress is a highly personal experience and often revolves around how our resources balance with the demands we face—both at work and in our personal lives. If your colleagues are affected by stress, it becomes difficult to achieve other health and well-being goals in the workplace.
Fortunately, there is a lot that both the workplace and you can do to (re)find balance.
By raising awareness about stress and providing employees and leaders with the right tools, we can take the first steps together toward an even better workplace culture.
Should I assist in facilitating this process?
Strengthen the Culture with a Focus on Stress Prevention
We all react differently to stress and stressful situations. You can’t always tell if a colleague or employee is stressed. That’s why it’s important to create a culture where we can openly talk about stress and care for ourselves and each other.
We can handle stress— in the short term. Stress is not an illness but a state that can actually help us perform when things are moving fast. However, there must be time to be stressed and time to de-stress. This is a balance we’re becoming worse at maintaining in our busy daily lives.
I offer workshops and presentations that provide practical tools for managing stress and creating a culture where well-being is a natural part of everyday life.
Symptoms of Stress
Can you spot stress in your colleague—or yourself?
By recognizing the signs early, you can take action before stress escalates. The Stress Ladder is an effective tool for identifying where you or your colleagues are on the stress scale.
The Stress Ladder is one of several tools I would love to introduce to you in my workshop.

The Key to Well-being and Retention
Our ability to manage stress and our need for de-stressing naturally change throughout life. This can create a need for adjustments in the tasks we handle in the workplace or in the employee benefits that individuals find most valuable.
If your company fails to adapt tasks, work hours, and work rhythms to the changing needs of your employees, it can ultimately lead to stress-related sick leave or increased job turnover.
Book a meeting with me, and I will help you integrate stress prevention into your daily practices—so you can continue to retain your talented employees and ensure their well-being.
Out on Stress Leave
When an employee is affected by stress, it impacts the entire team. However, it is also an opportunity to step back and focus on prevention. By increasing your overall knowledge of stress, you can better support each other moving forward and create a healthy balance in the workplace.
Let’s have a conversation about how we can strengthen your collective understanding of stress, so you're prepared to tackle future challenges together.
